The NAL
9601-DGS-LP is a pocket-size, low-cost and portable
satellite tracker designed to operate with the Iridium
satellite network. It is a self-contained unit relying
on an internal micro-controller/GPS receiver for
operation.
The NAL 9601-DGS-LP is small, lightweight and can be
attached to Aircraft, 4WDs, trucks, boats, buoys or
carried personally. It is used by armed forces to track
environmentally demanding platforms including
helicopters, fixed wing aircraft, unmanned aerial
vehicles, rockets, high altitude balloons, ships,
speed-boats, ground vehicles and hand-placed and
air-deployed remote sensors.
The 9601 has the following added features.
